The NFT minted on Charged Particles and the accrued interest (the “creator annuity”) will go to a charity address using an address minted from The Giving Block To view the NFT and charged it up with DAI switch to matic wallet and go here for the NFT.

Creator Royalty

The creator royalty of 10% will be split between the original artist that helped draw the book NFT, Mikko Lyytinen, and the Author. This will only happen (at the earliest) in 2023 to allow time for the charity to accrue interest. This initial sale, less royalty, (if it happens) will also go to charity.

Future Epoch

When there is 1,000 DAI charged on the matic NFT, then the second Epoch will be released.

The Charity

The charity is APOPO US that trains Hero Rats to sniff out land mines and unexploded ordnance. These brave little heroes are also used in the early detection of tuberculosis.

The creator annuity is routed to a Minion contract named Alpert that is controlled by HiroDAO on Matic HiroDAO is in charge (pun intended) of collecting the charge from the NFT and when it accumulates the DAO will march the tokens across the bridge to Ethereum to make the donation to APOPO wallet.
